Our Simple Plan to Build Your Website
A collaborative journey to create the perfect online presence for the Old Ladies of The Iron Order MC - East Texas Venom
Phase 1:
Getting to Know You
Understanding Your Needs
We'll have some conversations to really understand your group. We'll talk about your history, what's important to you, who you want to reach, and what you hope the website will achieve (like getting new members, promoting events, or selling merchandise).
Your Involvement
We'll need your input and stories! We'll ask questions about each section you liked in the Gamma.app presentation (About Us, Events, Store, etc.) and any other ideas you have.
Phase 2:
Planning What the Website Will Be
Our Roadmap
Based on our talks, we'll create a simple "map" of the website. This will show all the pages we plan to build (like the homepage, about page, store page, etc.) and how they connect. We'll also decide what kind of information will go on each page.
Your Involvement
We'll share this "map" with you to make sure it makes sense and includes everything you need. We'll ask for your feedback and make any necessary changes together.
Collaborative Process
We want this to be a collaborative process, so your input and feedback at each step are important.
Phase 3:
Making it Look Good
The Design
We'll start designing how the website will look. This includes choosing colors, fonts, and the overall style to match the spirit of the East Texas Venom. We'll also think about how the website will work on phones, tablets, and computers.
Your Involvement
We'll share design ideas with you for your feedback. We want to make sure the website looks and feels right for your group.
Responsive Design
We ensure your website looks great on all devices, from smartphones to desktop computers.
Phase 4:
Building the Website
Putting it All Together
This is where we actually build the website using platform called Webflow, Wix, Canva, Framer, Relume, or Gamma.app depending on your needs. We'll add all the content, pictures, and set up the online store if you choose to have one.
Your Involvement
We might need you to provide the text and pictures for the website during this stage. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
Content Integration
We'll carefully integrate all your club's content, ensuring everything represents your group accurately.
Phase 5:
Testing and Making it Perfect

Checking Everything Works
Before we launch the website, we'll thoroughly test everything to make sure all the pages work, the store functions correctly, and it looks good on different devices.

Your Involvement
We might ask you to take a look and try out the website to give us your final feedback.

Device Testing
We'll ensure your site works perfectly on all screen sizes.

Store Functionality
If you have an online store, we'll test all purchasing functions.
Phase 6: Going Live!
Sharing it with the World
Once everyone is happy, we'll launch the website so that people can find it online.
Your Involvement
We'll let you know as soon as it's live and share the link!
Search Engine Setup
We'll make sure your site is properly set up to be found on Google and other search engines.
Analytics Installation
We'll set up tools to track visitors so you can see how many people are viewing your site.
Phase 7: Keeping it Fresh
Ongoing Support
We can also discuss a plan for keeping the website updated with new events, news, and merchandise.
Your Involvement
We'll talk about who will be responsible for updates and how we can help with that.
Regular Updates
We can help you maintain a schedule for fresh content.
Growing Your Online Presence
We're excited to help bring the East Texas Venom's online presence to life!
